Instructors' Bargaining Unit (IBU)
The Community Education Instructors' Bargaining Unit is made up of Literacy and English
as a Second Language (ESL) Instructors.
Our ESL sites are all located at our Limestone Community Education Centre site in Kingston.
- We have five literacy sites. They are located at:

- * LC - Limestone Education Centre
- * Balsam Grove Centre
- * GATEWAY - Napanee
- * Providence Care - Westwood
